From each browser that you use to visit chipotle.com, click the button below, which will register an opt-out on the browser you use. This preference will be stored in a cookie on the browser, so if you ever clear your cookies in a browser you’ll need to repeat this step from that browser.

Complete the form below. We will handle your request based on the information you provide in the form below. If the information you provide does not match the information we have, we may be unable to complete your request.
